I just received a call from one of the guys I sold tickets to for the shrimp boil. He was calling to rave about the dinners. He was very impressed to say the least. He went on and on about the size of the shrimp, the quality of the dinner and the friendliness of those who distributed the dinners!
Upper Lafayette’s annual spring Crawfish Boil has grown in popularity since we began this tradition in 2008. I believe the main reason is the delicious crawfish and sides prepared each year for us by Seth Citron and his team at Crawdaddy’s! Without fail, the crawfish has been perfectly seasoned and the crowd has been wowed by the quality of the preparation. My personal reason for hiring Crawdaddy’s is quite simple: Seth has never let me down. I know that when I place an order I will receive outstanding service and Crawdaddy’s team will go above and beyond my expectations to guarantee that the crowd is pleased.
We typically have more people show up than anticipated and Seth’s experience in ordering sufficient quantities has enabled us to pull off “miracles’ without leaving anyone without a plate.
I am already looking forward to our next event and encourage others to call up Seth early to ensure you don’t miss out on a great party where Crawdaddy’s does all the work so you can relax with your guests.

The boiled crawfish and shrimp, and all the trimmings were absolutely delicious! I also want to take the time to thank Seth Citron, owner of Crawdaddy’s on-site Catering, out of Lafayette, LA. Seth’s crew drove all the way from South Louisiana, while Seth left a family vacation in Florida early to once again prove that no event is too far away for Crawdaddy’s to handle. I’m sure most of you that attended event didn’t pay much attention to how much work is really involved to cook the amount of crawfish and shrimp that these guys did but I can testify for them that they earned their money.
